Although instances of theft have never arisen, we cannot guarantee the absolute safety of your belongings while you are on your rental excursion. Hence, we advise storing as many items as feasible within your vehicle.
While having previous boating experience is helpful, A boating license isn't necessary for our vessels. They're remarkably user-friendly, akin to maneuvering a golf cart. The sole prerequisite is that the operator must be 21 years of age or older.
You are encouraged to bring along your own cooler. No regulations exist that forbid the possession or consumption of alcohol on your boat or any other vessel. Please note that there will be an additional $75 cleaning fee for any boats that return in an unfavorable condition. It's imperative to acknowledge, however, that the same legal standards apply to the captain as they do to a motor vehicle driver; surpassing the California legal alcohol limit could lead to a DUI charge. There are also numerous dining establishments throughout the harbor that allow Dock & Dine. Be sure to ask one of our helpful staff for their recommendations or their favorite places to visit by water.
Yes! If you are celebrating a special occasion, you are more than welcome to bring decorations to enhance your experience on the water. Please be aware that these boats are open air, and light items that can be blown overboard or float away are damaging to the environment and discouraged. Please feel free to leave us a message in the booking portal to let us know about the occasion, and we will do our best to help you in any way that we can.
Small dogs are allowed less than 25 lbs. However, there will be a $30 pet cleaning fee for the additional cleaning required upon return.
Certainly, life jackets are available for individuals of all ages. Adult life vests can be found underneath your seats. It's important to observe California's Life Jacket Law, which mandates that children under 13 must wear a life jacket while the vessel is in motion, irrespective of its size.
